Thinking for a Change

Your life today is a result of your thinking yesterday.  Your life tomorrow will be determined by what you think today.  Be careful about what occupies your mind, because it will greatly determine what you’ll become tomorrow.  Are you are locked in a self-defeating battle knowing you should go to the gym, weighed down by guilt, and find yourself saying, “tomorrow?”  If you want to change your life change your thinking.  Ironically, beginning an exercise program can profoundly improve your thinking.  The benefits include an improved mood, stress reduction, a more restful sleep, and increased blood supply.  These changes can increase thinking ability, thus helping us make better choices, and delivering a stronger overall performance.
